we finally got address labels versus me handwriting them. which I probably did at least 600-700 of—not to mention hand stamping. ugh.

In my quest to find good cookie recipe that didn’t need ingredients I didn’t already have, I came across this. It is honestly the best recipe I’ve made thus far—it’s exactly as the same says it is—big and chewy. Not soft but not hard, chewy without being cakey….just make them!

This calls for some toast.
Easily distracted, instead of hunkering down and transcribing more of the vampire’s book, I ended up cleaning my fish tank. Truly the fish deserved it and it was long overdue so I didn’t feel bad about once again abandoning Steve’s project. I don’t know what I offered to type out the book in the first place but here I am—70,000 words into it…can’t go back...
Because it does get worse.
Work was long but it went quickly. I think I’m becoming numb to the nimrod flitting around. It felt so strange to have two days in a row off. Is this how most people function? I’m not about to give it up tho. I like only working five days a week.
I have no money. If I mail my water bill, pay my sewage/garbage disposal bill, and my credit card payment of $33 dollars goes through before...
