Since Sunday I’ve gone to sleep before 12-1 AM every single night.

This is literally the only time I’ve ever done that for two or more consecutive days in probably 15+ years.

Not surprisingly, I am really thrown off getting up in the morning and feeling tired in the evening, rather than waking up in the evening and going to sleep in the morning.

It’s not even 10 pm and I’ve been fighting sleep for a couple hours. It’s actually pissing me off that for the first time I can remember in more than a decade that I’m tired at this hour and I haven’t been up for more than 24 hours or something.
